A park under development mainly on the site of the former amusement park "Toshimaen" (partially open). The Shakujii River flows through it, and the Flower Contact Zone offers flowers through all four seasons. Main plants are hydrangea, kobushi magnolia, yamaboushi (Japanese flowering dogwood), Kawazu cherry and Jindai Akebono. Opened in May of Reiwa 5.
