About
Two oases in central Tokyo, one in the north and one in the south, developed on the site of a former army shooting range and other land. The North Area offers cherry trees and the flowers of volunteer-tended flower beds, while the South Area has an event plaza and a multipurpose plaza. Main plants: shii (Japanese chinquapin), enju (Japanese pagoda tree), and azaleas.
