About
The first park established by Nagoya City, in 1909 (Meiji 42). It combines a French-style Western garden with a strolling-style Japanese garden. It is famous for cherry blossoms, roses and hanashobu (Japanese irises), and almost the entire park is a Registered Monument (scenic places category).
