From Izumi-Chuo Station on the Namboku Line subway, take a Miyagi Kotsu bus from Platform 3 (for example, the bus bound for "Izumi Park Town via Outlet, JCHO and Junkan") and get off at "Katsurajima Ryokuchi" stop; the park is right there.

A green space of about 7.9 ha next to a residential area. Walking paths surround two ponds. There are woodlands of Japanese red pine, konara oak and zelkova, and an area where irises and skunk cabbage bloom.
