About

The park has about 800 cherry trees of around 60 varieties. In spring you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing from early-blooming kanzakura to late-blooming yaezakura, and in autumn the jugatsu-zakura and others. In autumn, the autumn leaves, including one of the largest o-momiji (Japanese maple) trees in the prefecture, as well as hanano-ki and iroha-momiji, are at their best from late October to mid-November.
