An urban park themed 'a park of flowers, fruit and wine', with a large orchard where peaches, grapes and other Koshu Hacchinka (the eight rare fruits of Koshu from the Edo period) grow. A flower calendar introduces flowers in the park such as wintersweet, camellia and satsuki azalea, and the Kofu Basin can be seen in a panoramic view.
