A prefectural urban park (general park) that contains the Saga Castle site, the Saga Castle Honmaru History Museum, the Prefectural Museum and Art Museum, the Prefectural Library, and more. Surrounded by moats, it is a relaxing park for local residents. Lotus flowers bloom in the South Moat (the official photo gallery has a post showing them in full bloom).
