A general park themed "water, greenery and sun," built on the Odai retarding basin of the Shonai River. Centered on a vast lawn plaza, it has a rose garden, an iris garden, a flowering tree garden, a boat pond, a large fountain and more. Seasonal flower festivals are also held.
