About
A park that restores the scenic white-sand and green-pine coast of "Maiko no Hama." A sandy beach about 800 m long stretches out, with the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to the west and Awaji Island straight ahead. The "Shokubutsu Zukan" (plant guide) publishes the flowering times and distribution within the park for a total of 161 varieties: 66 flowering trees, 7 coastal plants and 88 flowering herbs.
