From Myodani Station on the Kobe Municipal Subway, take Sanyo Bus Route 5 or 14 to the "Higashi-tamon" stop, then walk 15 minutes (other access options are also available).

167 spaces (including 48 temporary spaces), 5:00-21:00 (exit possible 24 hours). Weekdays: free for up to 1 hour, 200 yen for up to 2 hours, then 100 yen per hour (daily maximum 500 yen). Weekends and public holidays: 200 yen for the first hour, then 100 yen per hour (maximum 500 yen).

A park (10.9 ha) developed along with the opening of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Tarumi Junction, with the themes of sports, health, greenery and relaxation. It has a perimeter path, cherry trees, Tarumi Togenkyo, and more.
