A base of the national government park where visitors can learn about the nature and history of the area around the Sewari-tei levee. It has a multipurpose lawn plaza, a Chibikko (children's) Plaza with play equipment, a picnic plaza, a history exhibition plaza, a stream approximately 200 m long, and a barbecue area.
