A park that contains Koboyama Kofun, the largest burial mound in the Matsumoto Basin and a National Historic Site. From the top of the mound, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Northern Alps mountain range. The cherry blossoms are also spectacular, and the park is crowded with many flower-viewing visitors during the Cherry Blossom Festival.
