A park of about 6 ha that includes the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art and the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Literature, with sculptures placed throughout. It has a rose garden, a Japanese garden and an iris garden. In the autumn foliage season, the ginkgo and maple trees turn vivid colors.
