About 60 minutes on foot from Negoya Station on the Joshin Electric Railway. About 20 minutes by Gunma Bus from the west exit of Takasaki Station (bound for Nanyodai 3-chome), then about 40 minutes on foot (2.2 km) from the Shiroyama Danchi Iriguchi bus stop.

A park surrounded by the forested Kannonyama hills, with a lawn plaza and a barbecue area. In the Phoenix Natural Forest (Phoenix Shizen no Mori) on the east side (three courses: north, central and south), visitors can enjoy seasonal plants.
